Philips Soothie Box

If you searched the Web for a box for your Philips Soothies your journey has come to an end. As a young maker dad i had the problem to keep the pacifiers of my son safe and clean. Most of the pacifiers we have come with a great box which is also microwaveable to disinfect the whole thing, but not the Philips Shooties. So i work out a design where the "dirty box", since PLA doesn't survive the microwave, doesn't touch the precious germ free pacifier.

To make the hinge you need the folowing parts. If you want to lock the box you need the additional parts to, but the box stays closed without the cotter pin pretty good.

Parts required:

M3x25 screw (or equal)
2x M3 nut (or equal)

Additional parts for full functionality:

any kind of fine string
2.0x40 mm Cotter Pin

Assembly:

- Clean all Parts and make sure everything moves smooth
- Glue cover and cap together
- Use M3x25 screw and 2 M3 nuts to make the hinge betw
