Philips XC8045 gear

Remix from @Furkanth, the previous design did not fit properly in my vacuum and had alot of friction against the outer wall. Solved by making an indent at the bottom of the gear and some size adjustments to be closer to the original part.

Be careful when screwing in the top screw, the PETG easily breaks because I have not added threads
