Philmore Buzzer Mount

Philmore buzzers already have two mounting holes. So why a mount for it? Well, it seems that whoever designed the philmore buzzer was either a truly terrible person, or had access to some very skinny, very long screws. Not a single screw in my formidable collection would fit, they were either too short, or too fat. So I knocked out this mount.

There is a touch of wiggle room, I didn't want to make the mount too tight and risk breaking the buzzer, I put a piece of paper towel behind the buzzer to tighten it up and provide some cushion against rattling.

Here it is, quick and dirty, freecad source included.

Will fit 3mm machine screws or #4 sheet metal screws.
