Handtool for easily crimping Phoenix Contact PTSM connectors to wires. Instead of messing with screwdrivers to unlock individual slots, simply push in the handle, which unlocks all the slots at once, making it much easier to add or remove a set of wires. Downloadable in 2, 3, 4 pin variants, but the Onshape document can be configured to any width.Required hardwareTo print: one of each part, ‘main’, ‘slider’, ‘cap’ in PLAPins from a standard 2.56mm header2x M2x8 countersunk bolts AssemblyUse pliers to pull a header pin from the black plastic base, then insert it into the top of the slider, optionally after dipping in a little bit of superglue.With header pins installed in each hole, slide the slider over the main body, then screw in the cap to hold everything in place.Usage Insert the PTSM connector in the slot (see model pictures), with the round holes for the wires on top, and the rectangular holes to unlock the sockets downwards.
