Phoenix/Python Hand Mash Up (130% scale)

This is a mash up of the Phoenix and Python hands. I added picatinny rails to the Phoenix so you could use the Python hand attachments. This palm is only for a 130% scale hand. unfortunately, with the design of the Python hand attachments not being parametric, there is no way to scale anything and still have it fit right, per the design.
