Phone Clamp (improved tolerance)

I couldn't fit the Phone Clamp over the arm, so i made a new one with a bigger hole so that it easily slides onto the arm.
I tried sanding the original (gave up) and also tried scaling the part to %115 which also didn't work so i made one that fits.
