Phone Cooler Design

Hi everyone, this is my model from fixing a phone cooler. So basically, my old one has a broken fan so then the aluminum cooler will be heat up superfast and that makes me cannot use it in a long time unless it's cooled down. I decided to buy a new fan, this fan consumes 12V to be at working capacity. Hence, I have to use 3 Li-on battery cells for this which make it really big. SO, I made this design! Please check out those image for reference and the assembly, they are connected through 4 poles of the pieces. For the battery piece, you can either design a connecting mechanism or simply use hot glue to stick them together is also fine!
