Phone fundus camera adapter

Remix, for easier assembly and adjustment.
Needed harware:
- Allen socket cap screw M4, 14mm (x 5) and 10mm (x 1), and 2 x M4 nut.
- Hex bolt M6 35mm (+/-) long and a nut.
The lens clip is made for Volk 30D, but I will make a clip for Volk 20D and 28D soon.
The part that clamps the phone should be printed in TPU. Alternatively print in PLA and glue something soft to the surface.
(Flipp the lens clip 180 degr. for it to lay flush with the bed, forgot to orient it right during CAD, but the other parts should lay flat and correct.)
