This is a phone stand I adapted (Thing ID 2756883) through structural simulation in Fusion 360 - essentially, I gave it a few base faces and a few no-go zones and it generated the rest based on the load cases.
It prints super quick and is reasonably stable - I recommend high infill though.
Can fit most phones even with a case. I tested a Pixel XL 2 and an iPhone 8.
