Photo Stand Mount

I created a whole mount for a photo stand. It’s got a screw base to mount it to the stand and a screw to turn the head. It’s not a full 180 but it’s about 150 degree range. Enough to move small lights or position them where you need them if you don’t have a proper mount. In my case, it was for an arca-swiss mount to a bowens mount-bleck-for a photo light to move it around and give some more fill. Look at the photos in order to get an idea and don’t mind the mess of my garage. This one will require a bolt and a wing nut for the main tension bolt-it’s a hefty one-I think it's a 1/2 inch but there's a range that works for you. I prefer the wingnut to turn but it's up to you, just make sure it's strong. And then you’ll need a size 10 screw (metric but what I had lying around) and bolt for the stand mount. It’s counter sunk on the inside of the mount but it fits nice and snug so you just pop it in and use the screw to tension it into place. Works fer me!
