Photon 3d Printer Assembly

For Non-Commercial use only. This is a complete 3D model in STEP format of the Anycubic Photon 3D printer. This is a highly detailed mechanical assembly model that was reverse engineered from my own printer. This model is not from nor affiliated in any way with Anycubic. These CAD models were made from detailed measurements of components by me by hand with various methods; accuracy of the modelling depends on the parts- all critical parts individually were likely measured with precision smaller their production tolerances (<0.1mm). Tolerances of relative assembly positioning is likely within +/-0.5mm for parts that do not directly mate or have positioning features. Great care was taken to model the build platform components and interface to the platform mount, along with most of the external case features, fans, etc. The single STEP file contains a hierarchy of all the assemblies and parts. ** As pointed out by A B in the comments, the cut outs in the main metal enclosure for vat removal are missing in the model. ** The hinges and hinge mounting is not modeled.
