I made a 80mm to 120mm fan adapter for the Photon S.
This should provide better direct cooling do the the increase airflow of a 120mm fan and the side walls guiding the air through the fins.
I also designed a duct to take the air from the case directly out the back. I have not tested the latest design of the duct. I added cut outs around for additional screw clearance. I also made the back plate for the 60mm fan a bit thicker.
If your going to use the duct you're going to have to remount the mainboard backwards. I recommend removing the side panels if you are adding the ductso you have more room to work with. I also recommend adding exhaust holes to the side of the printer for the hot air to escape because the rear vent is being used for the main exhaust.
