PHYSICS VASE N°1 — Standing Wave Limited Edition Research Series (1/50) Published by 3D Print Official Inspired by: Leonhard Euler and Daniel Bernoulli Abstract This work inaugurates a limited series of fifty physics-inspired design forms. Each object in the collection translates a fundamental physical principle into parametric geometry and manufacturable structure. Physics Vase N°1 is derived from classical harmonic wave theory formalized in the 18th century by Leonhard Euler and Daniel Bernoulli through the study of vibrating strings and resonance. The geometry encodes a cylindrical standing wave: Axial modulation represents harmonic amplitude distribution, while angular periodicity introduces rotational resonance symmetry. A controlled torsional phase shift along height simulates wave propagation frozen in solid form. Physical Attributes Encoded • Standing wave resonance • Harmonic symmetry • Phase coupling • Cylindrical separation of variables • Constructive interference This first edition establishes the mathematical foundation of the series — classical wave mechanics — preceding electromagnetic field theory and quantum mechanics. Research Continuation This project will consist of 50 physics-derived geometries, each interpreting a distinct theoretical framework. Scholarly suggestions for future theoretical inspirations are welcome in the discussion. Physics Vase N°2 will be selected from theoretical proposals submitted in the comment section.
