Pi camera mount extender

This is an addon to c_wolsey's excellent case and pi camera mount for the Anet A8. For some reason my heat bed cables were snagging on the camera, so I just created an extended arm mount using pieces from his great design. It was just enough to get it out of the way and gives it a nice angle on the heat bed for that timelapse 3d printer action! Thanks.
