Desperate times - desperate measures!
Overheating PiZero with limited stock worldwide - so fan and heatsink seems to do the trick for now - so designed this stand off for holding the fan above cpu.
Fan can be installed below (with no heatsink) or above - its up to you.

legs are long enough so I just melt them fixed to underside of pi with my soldering iron.
