Picture Frame Hook for use with Command Strips

A simple hook designed for hanging Ikea Knoppäng picture frames on the wall using Command Strips. The hook is designed to slot inside the metal hanging attachment on the back of the frame. The size of the hook is suitable for small Command strips, or medium hooks cut in half (which is what I used).
