Picture frame insert - Horizontal

one of my picture frames had a cardboard insert in the back and one peaceful day it spooked us by falling off the wall, so I decided to print out something more sturdier.

the insert is about 2 mm thick (1.98 mm to be exact) and around 10 cm x 14 cm

Simple but effective :)
