Very simple and cost-effective design. Principle used - piezoelectric effect. Mass: 0.0023 kg. (2,3 grams). Dimensions: --W=0.787 in (19.96mm); --H=0.92 in (23.52mm); --L=0.795 in (20.19mm); Assembly steps order is shown in one of the images. - Proof Pressure: 3PSI - Burst Pressure: 5PSI * Cost effective design; * Easy for assembling thanks to the snap-fits used; * Easy to manufacture - there are all required draft angles (see the images with draft analysis attached); (for the undercuts could be used CUMSA's flexible cores for example); * Manufacturing method for the plastic covers - Plastic injection molding; * Mimum count of the parts - only 2 plastic covers, 1 piezoelectric crystal, 1 PCB and 2 electrodes; Material for plastic parts - the cover entrance - ABS, for the cover_back (this one with the snap-fits) - it should be softer than ABS, for example Polypropylene.
