PiGRRL 2 HDMI Bottom

I modified the PiGRRL 2 back to include room for an HDMI port.

In order to make this fit, I had to move the L and R buttons down so they are directly next to the power supply board. It's not quite as ergonomic, but everything still fits the case!

I've printed the pi-hdmi-mod1.2 and pi-hdmi-mod (for the 1.0 case) and found the hdmi port was a bit too tight of a fit for the adapter, 1.0.2 (for the 1.0 case) and 1.2.2 (for the 1.2 case) are slightly larger.
