Parts for fitting a Raspberry Pi 3 with Adafruit LCD in a water protected IP66 enclosure.
The left side of the inner enclosure can be lifted off by squeezing your fingers after putting them in the top and bottom holes. The part holds in place without screws.
The right side is mounted with three screws on the scaffolding.
All Raspberry Pi ports are accessible. You'll need an angled connector for the power though. It is quite tight in there.
An extra handle keeps the Pi in place.
The airflow is optimized to utilize as much of the enclosure as possible. The Pi core temperature was stable in several tests.
The cable gland allows for a small network plug to go through. It might need some filling afterwards though.
For commercial use please contact me.
No post processing necessary, prints perfectly from bottom to top.
Cable gland: M20
Power: micro USB with right angle connector
Screws: 2 x 10mm, 10 pieces
Enclusure: FIBOX MNX PCM 150/100 T
LCD: Adafruit PiTFT -
