I designed these lil guys in fusion 360 because I really wanted something to create and paint!
The size of the Pill Pals themselves are quite large, I personally printed them at about 60% size with 10% infill. printing at that size results in a pill pal about the size of about 60 mm (2.3 inches) and about 25 mm round ( 0.9 inches)
