Your party has decided to check out that old decaying temple you passed while heading to town. From the approach, it would seem this temple has been fairly reclaimed by nature, and that the great golden doors have been wedged open by mighty vines. A quick glance through the doors reveals that most of the interior of this temple is relatively unchanged by its war with nature. Resplendent pillars can be seen lining the entryway on either side of the hall. A few feet in and your party hears a metallic grinding sound somewhere deeper inside. The ranger checks behind you and swears that one of the pillars are missing. The barbarian laughs at the idea of a moving pillar and slaps the closest one. "You mean to tell me, these heavy stone columns are just getting up and walking?" The Barbarian lets out a loud roar of laughter, that is, until the very same heavy stone pillar bites down hard, severing bone from sinew. The barbarian screams in pain and rage.

Roll for initative.
