Pillbox

A three-part PILLBOX - simple but decorative - made of a plastic insert »PS« and two deep-drawn sheet metal parts, made of ferromagnetic steel, anodized on the inner sides. The outer surfaces of the sheet metal parts are lacquered, using the screen printing technique, before starting the deep-drawn and curling process. Self-deforming small ribs on the outer side of the plastic insert's circumference, ensure a good partial pressing between all components. The model is available in following data formats: STEP-file (.stp) of the complete assembly and all native files - (.prt) and (.asm) - in a (.zip)-folder, for users of »PTC Creo Parametric 2.0«
