Pin Header cutting tool

I needed a tool to cut pin headers, so I designed this thing.

It does what it says it does and nothing else, well actually it can cut your fingers as well, so be careful with it.

it can evenly cut up to 5 40-pin headers in one go into any combination you require.

1 40-way pin header can be cut easily by probably anybody, 2 will require a bit more strength, 3 will probably require you to hire Arnold Schwarzenegger, 4 could be done with a press, and 5 can be done with a press operated by Arnold Schwarzenegger.

I've posted this as I want to see what others can do with it to make it easier to operate, esp with the cost of hiring Arnold Schwarzenegger for an afternoon.

you will require the following Items

2 x 8mm linear rods. 1 needs to be 120mm long, the other as long as you like, and possibly another 2 for cross bars to strengthen the device to enable Arnie to use it.
