Pinball Rod Extension

This model is a 2mm extension (4mm in print profile) for standard pinball shooter rods, designed to restore correct effective rod length on machines where the shooter rod is slightly short due to manufacturing variance, wear, replacement parts, or non-OEM assemblies. The extension installs on the tip of the shooter rod, between the rod and the shooter tip, effectively returning the rod to OEM-spec geometry. By correcting the rod length, the shooter spring engages over the proper compression range, resulting in improved energy transfer and a stronger, more consistent plunge. This part does not increase spring force or alter shooter assemblies beyond correcting length. Its purpose is strictly dimensional correction, bringing under-length shooter rods back into spec so the factory shooter mechanism performs as intended.
