PINBALL: Williams drop target microswitch mod

mod for the williams drop targets.

Williams made 3 drop target versions using the same mechanical parts. One with the slide contacts on the back. One with leaf switches, and one with microswitches. I have the one with the leaf switches and they were in bad shape, so i decided to just make the little micro switch brackets myself.


make sure the switches are not triggered when the reset mechanism moves back. you can easily bend them or use a adjustable wrench to shift the entire bracket a bit. this can really do good


assembly instructions:
1. increases the microswitch screw hole using a 3mm drill
2. mount the print onto the metal
3. mount the microswitch onto the print
4. bend over the microswitch
5. slightly move the the bracket into the perfect spot using a adjustable wrench


parts needed:

6x m3 screw/nut
6x computer screw (or the screws that came from the leaf switches)
3x micro switch


i bought those microswitches from china, only 1,50€ for 10 of them!
