Replacement back cover for pinephone with trap door for privacy switches, designed from ground up with FDM print in mind.
Two versions - first with tabs (back2) and second without tabs(back1), tabs are meant to stabilize back cover against warping, but because of how fdm print works- they're no longer needed.
Use PLA for dimensional accuracy. ABS, ASA or any material prone to shrinking is not recommended (read as: will not work).
Attached buttons are not tested - they should be printed in TPU or other semi-flexible material. Redesign will follow shortly.
Trap door can be used as direct 'addon' on top of cover - just use superglue to put it in place (remember to assemble first), should slide freely and protect switches from dust.
