PineTime Charging Stand

This is a simple stand to charge the PineTime. I wasn't planning on making this, but I got a closed watch band so the dock needs to be elevated. This was roughly based on [this design](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4964788), but I wanted it to print as a single part without supports and I didn't want a hole for the cable since it's easier to run on the outside.
