This is not an exact copy, nor is it legal to use non-BSA wheels for competition.
This was "ceremonial" wheel we gave to the cubs instead of a participation ribbon. It will fit a car, and we encouraged the cubs to put it on their car after the race so in future years they would know when the car was built.
