Inspired by Teengineering's catapult (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1068653), but beefed up and with added features.
Features:
The launch cup holds a ping pong ball. The slots in the launch arm allow adjusting the tension of the rubber band. The pegs on the inside of the frame allow adjusting the launch angle.
