A customizable slip-on pipe cap with hole for a wire. Note bug-resistant "fingers" around the inside of the wiring hole. There's also a score mark for cutting with a razor blade in case you need to install it over a pre-existing wire.

SCAD file attached for customization.

Print with flexible filament such as TPU.
