Pipe cutting clamp (customizable)

This is a clamp / jig / guide for cutting / sawing PMMA / acrylic pipes. Two copies should be printed and attached together using bolts with spacers. Use a sheet of paper or something to first mark the cutting line with a pen as it is difficult to get straight with just the clamp.

The current customization is for 120 mm OD pipe to be cut with a hacksaw. Six bolts are required: 2 x 60 mm M6 with a hex slot head (10 mm head diameter), 2 x 30 mm M6 with a hex slot head, 2 x 15-20 mm M6 with a hex slot head, and 6 M6 nuts.
