Pipe Filter

While riding in the car with my foster father we always must wait at the red light for him to relight his tobacco pipe and get tobacco ash everywhere. I wanted to make something that would help reduce the amount of times he has to stop and relight his pipe. With this cap you put it on the bowl of the pipe and it allows air to get in, but not enough to burn a hole in the pipe.
