I found an old file while sorting through my library.

A researcher asked me if I could fix his pipettor. The only thing wrong with it was a cracked connecting nut. This was a quick fix to avoid the down-time associated with waiting for "official" parts to arrive.

The tolerances are a bit relaxed. This could be due to the overhang printing without support. Example: I printed two just pieces (sequentially). One of them fit perfectly, the other did not catch the pipettor barrel as it should have.

The part should probably be printed slowly (30-40mm/s) and at 0.1mm or better resolution.

Update 2/9/17: New design STL added. This one fits the older model Gilson units much better.
NOTE: the design should be printed with the threaded section on top for best results.
