Piston Assembly

The piston assembly is what is placed inside the engine block. The piston creates a pressurized air chamber in which combustion takes place as the piston accelerates towards the cylinder head. The piston rings create an airtight chamber between the piston and the cylinder head. The quick pin connects the connecting rod to the piston. The connecting rod connects the piston to the crankshaft.
