Wanted to create a desktop clock that mimicked one I saw created out of a real piston and connecting rod. I didn't want to pay $100 for it though, so, design and print it! The parts used in this are very inexpensive. With the chicago screws you get 10 for the price below, but they are super handy, so buying a whole of varying sizes is a just a little more and worth it IMHO.   clock @ $5.99 : https://a.co/d/ed6cLW1 chicago screw @ $7.29 : https://a.co/d/dHBgGbE   Note that you can use just about anything that's an M5 diameter, but the back of the print has two slots for 2 x M5 x 25 chicago style screws.   My plan is to use Rub-n-Buff on it to make it look like real metal.
