Piston Ring Filer

This tool can help you file down your piston rings at the correct angle. They sell piston ring filers for over $60 online, so why not print one for less than $4 in filament? After all, I did all the work of modeling it anyways (lol).

I improved the design, so the handle connects to the pin. This way it won't wobble as much when rotating. Use some glue to glue the handle to the pin after sandwiching the disk inbetween.

Use 3m spray adhesive or some sort of glue on the filer wheel file, and adhere some 220 grit on one side, and 600 grit sandpaper to other side. The wheel goes inbetween the body, and the handle slides through the hole. Then file your piston rings according to spec and you're solid. I'm not responsible for any blown engines if you mess something up.
