Piston Ring Squaring Tool – 3.5" Bore

A clean, functional piston ring squaring tool designed for engines with a 3.5" bore. Used during engine assembly to properly square piston rings in the cylinder bore before measuring end gap or seating the piston. Specs: Inner bore: 3.0" Lower body OD: 3.5" (slides into bore) Flange OD: 4.5" Flange overhang: 0.5" per side Total height: 1.25" Wall thickness: 0.25" Notes: Designed to slide snugly into a 3.5" bore with a 0.5" flange lip that rests on the deck of the block. The 0.25" walls keep it lightweight while maintaining enough rigidity for the job. PETG recommended if exposure to oil or solvents is expected. Modeled from scratch using CadQuery based on hand measurements. Tested fit on a 3.5" bore engine build.
