Pivot Spool Holder, Revised Mounting Bracket

Loved the design of the original, assembled and then went 'oh...' as the pivot arms covered the mounting holes.
Revised the mounting bracket so the mounting holes are outboard of the bracket, allowing the pivot assembly to be put together, and then installed onto a printer.


Added 2 additional configurations for left/right mounting ( if wanted )
