A simple design of a pivotable photo frame with 2 axes. It is a single print with no assmbly, but requires you to pause the print process to add everything. Print it facing down and check your sliced preview model to see at which layer height it needs to pause.
There are two layer heights of pausing:
1. Right before the space for the glass with photo starts to close.
2. Right before the bolts and nut openings starts to close.
File V1R1 uses a cylindrical bolt space and file V1R2 uses a rectangular bolt space. I recommend using V1R2 if you don't want to spend too much time on calculating your tolerances (shrinkage of your spool material). Measure your bolts and glass plate size to make the proper adjustments to the dimensions before printing. Give you bolt and nut tight tolerances, but give your glass plate lose tolerances.
WARNING: THE NOZZLE CAN BUMP AGAINST THE BOLTS AND GLASS IF PLACED TOO EARLY OR IF IT IS STILL STICKING OUT TOO MUCH!! THIS CAN CAUSE LAYER POSITIONING PR
