The clip comes completely assembled straight off the build plate – no additional parts and no post-assembly required. When closed, the upper tongue precisely snaps over the locking tab, creating a clearly defined and tactile locking point. The clamp holds securely under normal pull load, yet can be intentionally opened by slightly pushing the tongue away from the lock with your thumb.
