I bought a plunge saw from Scheppach, the PL55 (https://www.bauhaus.info/handkreissaegen/scheppach-tauchsaegen-set-pl-55-special-edition-/p/22423975). It comes with two 700mm long guide tracks. There are stoppers as an optional equipment which cost a lot for a little bit of plastic https://www.bauhaus.info/saegezubehoer/scheppach-zubehoer-set-/p/20749949).
Use a M6 nut, a DIN912 M6 bolt and a M6 lever (e.g. from Misumi) and you are ready to go.
