Placeable Trap Door

This is a remix of Devon Jones's trap door openforge tile. This variant sits on top of existing tiles, so its placement isn't restricted to the tile grid. I also included a version of the trap door with supports, as printing it vertically preserves better detail.

Assembly Instructions: Just like the original tile, print trap door along with top and bottom covers. I'd recommend painting the individual pieces before assembly, if you are going to. Cut a large paperclip to fit inside the top cover's hinge recesses. Thread it through the trap door and place inside the top cover. Glue bottom cover and top cover together. Feel good about yourself.
