The planetary gear assembly designed in SolidWorks features a compact and efficient gear system consisting of a central sun gear, planet gears, and an outer ring gear. This setup allows for a variety of gear ratios and provides both high torque output and speed reduction in a compact design. The planets rotate around the sun gear while simultaneously engaging with the ring gear, creating a versatile and robust power transmission system. The SolidWorks model accurately represents gear tooth profiles, mesh interactions, and assembly constraints, making it ideal for applications requiring high performance in a space-efficient package. I have provided three configurations in SolidWorks based on three cases where each case is used in various situations depending upon the speed and torque required. case-1: The outer ring gear is fixed and the remaining parts are in motion. case-2: The sun gear is fixed and the remaining parts are in motion. case-3: The carrier is fixed and the remaining parts are in motion.
