Some simple planetary gears I designed in fusion360 (with spur gear add-in) and printed on anycubic kobra 3. There's a bit of backlash to help the parts fit together. You will need a flat surface to put this on because the parts don't stay together by themselves.
I printed mine in PETG but PLA should work fine.
