Here is a plant pot stand I made about ten years ago. It was made from cheap ranch boards measuring 6x1 inch by 6 foot long, the model is roughly to scale. I've added holes that approximate the position of the nails and screws used. Truth to tell, I'm not very good with the saw and hammer and what not. Well, I banged it all together and it stood up OK so I used it to hold about twenty strawberry plants.
