This remix adds an angle so the ear bud tip fits in the ear better. It should fit most Plantronics single ear headsets. I tested it on a Voyager 5200 and Voyager Legend. The tinkercad thing is located here: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/6ai6TBg9R14
