Plastic Hook for Mini Spring Latch

My roll top desk uses several mini spring latch mechanisms for some push-to-open doors. One of them has been missing the plastic hook piece that became broken long ago. 3D printing to the rescue! I composed the replacement using Tinkercad in about 20 minutes and printed in another 15. Reattached with the original screw and it works perfectly.

A replacement set including a mini latch and hook isn't available in local hardware stores and would have cost near $10 by internet. I only needed the plastic hook, so, I set out to design a replacement that I could easily turn out with my 3D printer. I hope my design for a replacement does you some good.
