Plate for Inline Ikea Light Switch

I've got a hanging light from Ikea that has an inline switch, but I don't like having to grope around for it everytime I want to use it. I'd rather have it be in a fixed place on my desk where I can hit the switch quickly without grasping the whole cord.

In Tinkercad, I modeled a full-size replica of the switch box and the cord, then formed my plate and cord holding clamps around it. I made sure that the cord was able to be pressed in and removed easily, and that the plate could sit flat on the desk surface or be screwed into the wall.
