Platform 9 3/4 Sign

This is a wall sign inspired by Harry Potter. I used pre-painted wood I got from Amazon, but you can use plain wood and just paint it yourself for the same effect. If you're going paint I recommend spray paint or using a smooth roller so that you get a smooth even coat. I used another brand of laser, a 10W diode laser, to make my example, I do not have an H2D. So you will need to figure out the exact settings needed for each of the steps. For the engraving steps you just need it to be deep enough to create a recess for the letters to sit in. That makes it a lot easier to align everything properly when you're gluing it all together.
